   1. Rwanda Kigali Center VOEM Theater Dedication Ceremony (February 9, 2024)

   3. Completion of Rwanda Kigali Center OMC Building (2024)
   4. Completion of the general department building at ATU University, Kigali Center, Rwanda

2. Establishment of a university

(1) ATU University (Rwanda)
  - Construction and approval procedures are underway with the goal of establishing ATU University in Kigali Center, Rwanda.

(2) UWMF Uganda Theological Seminary, Graduate School (Uganda)
  - Uganda UWMF is a Provisional Accreditation member of ACTEA and awards Diploma in Theology, Bachelor of Theology, and Master of Divinity degrees.
  - One year from 2024 is a period of preparation to qualify as a Full Accreditation through self-evaluation.
   - Full Accreditation is scheduled to be received through an on-site visit by ACTEA in May 2025.
  - Separately from the theological college and graduate school, we are in the process of obtaining comprehensive university accreditation from the Ministry of Education in Uganda.

(3) SCAT Tanzania College (Tanzania)
      The Isole Center in Tanzania is being built with the goal of establishing a university.
    - The establishment of SCAT College is in progress. The school is scheduled to open in 2024.
    - Open a farmers' school and research center in cooperation with Kyungpook National University.
    - UWMF or ATU branch ministry begins.

(4) UWMF Congo, Burundi branch mission (Congo, Burundi)
     - UWMF branch missions continue in Burundi and Congo.
