He is someone who makes them go out to the ends of the earth and spread the words of prophecy given by God. The Holy Spirit is not the one who makes believers laugh, but the one who makes them shed tears, shine, and help the poor and the oppressed. The power given by the Holy Spirit is revealed not in words but in actions.
